Marking solution on aeronautical parts with integrated laser

Clear and DATAMATRIX marking of the weight of a foundry slug. This is a robotic cell allowing the flow of titanium alloy bars. The robot recovers the billet after cutting and moves it to different stations: deburring/chamfer roughing/laser marking.
The laser marking station is an integrable 20W fiber optic equipment. The laser safety is ensured by a connected positioning cone allowing to make the laser environment class 1 during marking.
At the end of the cycle, the robot deposits the marked slug at the unloading station.
