A Multi4 Integrated 50 marking machine produces 500 markings per day on transmission axles ends intended for the automotive industry.
The four marked characters are distributed on a line and have a height of 2.5mm.
Marking conditions are quite difficult due to the oily and dusty environment. For this reason, the marking head and the controller had to be protected by an air inlet installed on the marking head.
This machine is also equipped with the IDI function which guarantees the quality of the marking regardless of the differences in level between the part and the stylus.
