Marking on large parts

This tailor-made laser marking solution was designed to meet specific customer needs and built for the Graphix fibre laser.

This manual station allows to mark all types of large and mainly long parts which to date are complex to handle in a standard Graphix laser marking station.

The station, whose general size has been increased, has been completely redesigned and offers improvements to the station such as:

1- A double lateral opening which allows a much easier passage of large parts as well as double brushes to guarantee total darkness in the station. A light has also been added to the right opening.

2- A horizontal control bar, located in the lower part of the station, adjustable to improve user ergonomics.

3- Transport hooks have also been added on the top of the station to facilitate transport.

All these changes have been designed to simplify the lives of our customers and it is a real success for our teams!
