Marking on linear guiding parts

​This marking solution allows the marking of linear guiding parts (bearings, pins, rails, etc.) of different materials.

Access to the marking area is via a vertical guillotine-type door assisted by two gas jacks. The interior of the station is illuminated to facilitate the positioning of parts. The door is equipped with a locking system during marking ensuring complete safety for the operator.

In addition, a fume extraction and treatment station is present for the marking of anodized aluminium.

The station also has a side opening allowing the marking of rails of long lengths with a height up to 100mm.
