Marking on tool holder

This tailor-made laser marking solution was designed with the Yag 6W laser which allows contrasting marking without digging into the material.

This manual station is used to mark steel tool holders as well as carbide and steel cutting tools with a diameter of 60 to 200mm.

The station is made up of three parts:

– The open lower part is equipped with a shelf for storing tools marked or awaiting marking as well as the fumes extraction unit.

– The upper right part has a shelf holding the programming and viewing files screen.

– The upper left includes the marking laser mounted on an electric column. A large L-shaped door allows easy access to the marking area.
