Marking of cylinder pistons

Four Multi4 Integrated 120 marking machines are integrated on a production line in the lifting and public works sector.

The marking head is fixed on a workbench equipped with a pneumatic cylinder for clamping the part. The robot arm picks up a part, places it in a machining centre for it to be machined.

Then the robot arm extracts the part from the machining centre and places it on the workbench. The part is then clamped, the marking is carried out and the robot ejects and places the part on a conveyor.

This application allows the marking of the pistons of hydraulic nacelle jacks.
