Product reference marking on plastic

Our customer uses an Easy 120 dot peen marking machine with a premium controller holder to mark the reference of its pool skimmer sets.

The operator scans a barcode containing the information to be marked using the code reader positioned on the premium controller holder, the aim being to avoid manual entry. He realises an alphanumerical marking on the plastic parts (skimmers). The Easy 120 marking head is equipped with a customised support foot which allows for an optimal level of support on the part and perfect positioning of the marking. Each part is uniquely identified and the markings are made in series.
