Marking on steel

This marking solution was designed with the Graphix Inline fibre 20W laser. This equipment carries out markings on steel saw blades approximately 1m long.

The marking consists of different logos depending on the type of blade. The objective is to obtain a superficial marking with the most contrasting rendering possible without digging into the material.

This laser is integrated into a special machine and replaces a YAG 20W laser.

This marking solution is composed of a manual column allowing to adapt the position of the laser as well as an adjustable table in X. The latter allows the successive marking of several slides placed side by side.
