Marking on automatic gearboxes

A group of two Multi4 Integrated 50 marking machines is in service at Thonon les Bains (74). These machines were installed via an integrator.

They are used to mark cylindrical aluminium parts for automatic gearboxes. This equipment uses the IDI Track function, which allows to check the wear of the stylus.

A robot places the part in front of the marking head then it is clamped by a pneumatic press system. The marking system is controlled by a automaton.
